Ordering

How do I place an order? Simply choose your product, upload your photo, select your size and options, and add to cart. Follow the checkout process and your order will be on its way!

What file formats do you accept? We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC image formats. For best results upload the highest resolution photo available.

What resolution should my photo be? For sharp, gallery-quality results we recommend a minimum resolution of 150 DPI at your chosen print size. If you’re unsure contact us before ordering.

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them and before production begins. Once production starts cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately at orders@qualityhomeprints.com.

Do you offer pet portrait canvas prints? Yes! We love turning your beloved pet photos into stunning canvas art. Simply upload a clear photo of your pet and choose your size, depth and frame options.

Do you offer passport photos? Yes! We offer standard US passport size (2″×2″) photos. Contact us at orders@qualityhomeprints.com or call 203-568-3244 to place a passport photo order.

What poster sizes do you offer? We offer posters in a range of sizes including 11″×17″, 18″×24″ and 24″×36″ on premium matte finish. Frame options are also available.

Do you offer photo restoration and editing? Yes! We can restore old, damaged or faded photos back to their original quality. We also offer basic editing services such as color correction, background removal and red-eye fix. Contact us for a custom quote.

Do you print flyers, banners and visiting cards? Yes! We offer professional printing for business needs including flyers, banners and visiting cards. Contact us at orders@qualityhomeprints.com for pricing and turnaround times.

Will my colors look exactly like my screen? Slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor calibration. We recommend submitting the highest quality photo for the most accurate results.

What makes your prints special? Every print is handcrafted in our studio in Cheshire, Connecticut using professional grade equipment and premium materials. We inspect every order before shipping.

How long will my print last? Our pigment inks are chosen specifically for their longevity — prints are designed to resist fading for decades when properly cared for.

How do I hang my canvas? Every canvas comes ready to hang with a hook already attached to the back.

How do I clean my canvas print? Gently dust with a soft dry cloth. If needed lightly dab with a slightly damp cloth – never rub.

Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship nationwide across the United States from our studio in Cheshire, Connecticut.

How long does production take? Every canvas is custom made to order. Please allow 1-2 business day for production.

Which carrier do you use? We ship all orders via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage at orders@qualityhomeprints.com and we will arrange a free reprint or refund promptly.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe.

Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe — one of the world’s most trusted payment processors. We never store your card details.
