All our products are custom made to order. Because each item is uniquely produced for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will offer a full refund or reprint in the following cases:

• Your order arrived damaged or defective
• The print quality is significantly different from what was ordered
• Your order was lost in shipping

Reprints In most cases we prefer to offer a free reprint rather than a refund. We want you to be completely happy with your canvas!

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
