Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on qualityhomeprints.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Our Products

All products are custom made to order in our studio in Cheshire, Connecticut using professional grade equipment.

We print exclusively on our Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-2600 large format printer using PFI-1000 pigment ink cartridges — the same professional standard used in fine art and photography printing. Pigment inks are specifically chosen for their:

  • Color accuracy — rich, true-to-life colors
  • Longevity — prints that resist fading for decades
  • Detail — sharp, gallery-quality results

We print on carefully selected premium polyester matte canvas designed for durability and beautiful texture.

As each item is uniquely produced for you, slight variations in color may occur between your screen and the final print due to differences in monitor calibration.

Print Quality Standards

Every order goes through a quality inspection before shipping. We are committed to delivering museum-quality results on every print. If your print does not meet our quality standards it will be reprinted before leaving our studio.

Photo Uploads

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it
  • The image is of sufficient quality for printing
  • You are not uploading any illegal or offensive content

We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low resolution photos submitted by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins. To cancel contact us immediately at:

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final on custom products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on when refunds or reprints are offered.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Your order will be charged at the price shown at the time of checkout.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in every print we produce. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will work with you to make it right.

Quality Home Prints is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
